Working principle:
A tribo gun (tribo-charging electrostatic powder spray gun) is a type of powder coating equipment
that operates without the need for an external high-voltage power supply. Its working principle involves
utilizing compressed air to propel powder particles at high velocity through the gun barrel, where they undergo
intense collision, friction, and contact separation with specific internal media (such as PTFE or nylon). Based on
the triboelectric effect, the powder particles acquire a positive charge by losing electrons, ultimately adhering to
the surface of a grounded workpiece.
